Biography
Mark is responsible for the overarching strategy for the Family’s businesses. He led the refinancing and sale of Amdipharm to Cinven for £370m in late 2012. He was previously MD EMEA of Europcar during its ownership by Eurazeo, the French private equity fund. Before that, he was FD of Chubb and Hertz in the UK. He is a qualified accountant.
