Robyn Plum

Biography

Robyn Plum is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI) where she manages 15 commercial buildings consisting of over 900,000 sf. of retail, industrial and multi-tenant office space in North Oaks, Mendota Heights, Shoreview, Vadnais Heights and St. Paul. Among other assignments, Robyn manages two of WMI's largest office buildings-the 250,000 sf. Energy Technology Center and the 205,000 sf. Minnesota Office Plaza. Before joining Wellington Management in 2005. Robyn was a property manager at Xcel Energy focusing on the Minneapolis Downtown Consolidation Project. She also worked for four years at the State of Minnesota in property and facilities management as well as at Gelco Information Network where she served as purchasing and facilities manager. Robyn is a graduate of the Leadership St. Paul program and she earned a B.A. in English Literature from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. A former Master Gardener, she has volunteered her time for seven years as both a speaker and education specialist through the University of Minnesota Extension Service. Robyn is currently a board member of the Southern Lakes Homeowners Association.
