Ron Gunderson

Biography

 Ron Gunderson, CPM is a Property Manager at Wellington Management, Inc. He manages eight buildings including WMI’s historic Bandana Square and Atrium Office Building properties. Ron’s extensive experience working in commercial property management, leasing, tenant relations, tenant improvement project supervision, capital improvement property management, and development enable him to effectively manage a complex portfolio. Prior to joining the company in 2015, Ron worked for more than 20 years in residential real estate sales and construction design, in wireless site acquisition and project management, as well as in commercial real estate. Ron earned a B. S. in Industrial Technology, with a concentration in Building Construction Management and Architectural Design, from the University of Wisconsin, Stout. He is a licensed real estate broker and a Minnesota notary. Ron is also an affiliate member of the National Association of Realtors, and a member both of the Minnesota and the Wisconsin State Wireless Associations as well as of the American Wind Energy Association (AWEA).
