Tom Moosbrugger

Biography

Tom Moosbrugger is a Building Engineer for Wellington Management, Inc. (WMI). Tom provides engineering service to all 16 of WMI's properties in Woodbury while also providing engineering and maintenance services to the company's Minnesota Office Plaza office building in Roseville. Tom is an experienced construction professional who is often called upon to assist with complex building renovation issues. Tom's excellent communication skills help make sure that all of his tenants receive prompt and courteous service. Tom often oversees the work of the many vendors WMI contracts with to provide maintenance services at his properties. Prior to joining WMI in 1999, Tom worked for Kamish Excavation, a large building demolition contractor.
