Deborah L. Keller

Biography

Ms. Deborah L. Keller, also known as Deb, serves as Principal at Black Frame Advisors, LLC. Ms. Keller served as the Chief Executive Officer of Covance Drug Development at Laboratory Corporation of America Holdings from August 2015 to October 1, 2016. She joined Covance in 1987 and has held senior leadership roles in global operations, quality assurance and marketing over her tenure. She served as an Executive Vice President of Covance and Group President, R&D Laboratories, where she led the combined central laboratory and early development laboratory organizations of more than 6,000 employees at 18 facilities across the globe. She spent more than 28 years at Covance in a number of leadership roles, including Corporate Senior Vice President and President of Discovery and Translational Services and Vice President of Analytical Services in Europe. Ms. Keller began her career as an Analytical Chemist at Perrigo Company. She serves as a Director of BioCrossroads. She has been Independent Director of West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. since June 1, 2017.
