Louise T. Veselicky

Biography

Dr. Veselicky serves as the principal deputy to the vice president for professional and undergraduate academic operations. She works closely with academic officers across all five health sciences schools, and is a member of the University Provost’s leadership team. She is the chief officer at Health Sciences for faculty affairs, including faculty development and promotion and tenure. Her group also oversees student services, the HSC Library, simulation centers, inter-professional education and other learning resources. In addition, she is responsible for liaison with external academic oversight agencies and other colleges and universities, promoting diversity among the faculty, staff and students, and programs related to pre-college and pre-professional education.
