Biography
Karen Smith has been with Western New England University since 2006. She received her B.S.B.A. in Marketing from American International College. Prior to becoming the Assistant Director of Experiential Affairs at the College of Pharmacy, she worked as a Coordinator/Administrative Assistant in Professional Development/Strategic Initiatives and a Staff Assistant for Alumni Relations in the School of Law. In addition to her work at Western New England University, Karen has worked with MassMutual and Cigna insurance companies as a Service Representative and Benefit Administrator in their Life and Health Divisions.
