Biography
Mr. Buie is a Principal/Partner of WGLA. Mr. Buie joined our firm in 1998. He graduated from North Carolina State University in 1992 with a B.S. Degree in Civil Engineering – Construction Option. Mr. Buie was employed with Hobbs, Upchurch, & Associates, P.A. from 1993 until 1998 when he joined WGLA, P.A. Mr. Buie is routinely involved in water and wastewater systems and site planning for local government, industry and private development.
