Biography
Dr. Claus has been widely published in academic and professional journals on subject matters related to global HR. She specializes in the implications for global organizations when their employees cross borders. She got her Ph.D. from Saint Louis University, M.B.A. from University of San Francisco, M.A., K.U. Leuven (Belgium), B.A., K.U. Leuven (Belgium), SPHR (Senior Professional in Human Resource Management) and GPHR (Global Professional in Human Resource Management).
