Tony, whose professional focus includes finance and operations management and senior manager levels, is recognized for being more than “just a finance person." He is valued for proven communication skills, systems-level thinking and analytics, strong team leadership skills, and proven ability to drive change and achieve results. Most recently, Tony Cadena co-founded Tailored Innovation Associates, LLC, whose work is centered on creating a sustainable leadership process and toolset to improve the success rate of innovation implementation in existing organizations.
