Biography
Wanda Meyer was an Title III Project Director and Associate Professor for Mathematics. her Academic background:Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education, Dickinson State College, Math major, Accounting & Computer Science minors (1982), Masters in Education, UND, Math major, Computer/Education minors (1987). Career history includes: UND- Williston since 1982. Taught an average of 15-18 (computer) 3 (math) credits, Tenured - 1989, Assistant Professor and Coordinator of Department - 1991, Associate Professor - 2003, Director for Distance Education - 2006, Vice President for Instruction 2009, Provost/Vice President of Instruction & Student Services - 2011, Title III Project Director & Associate Professor of Mathematics - 2015, Advisor for Phi Theta Kappa (international honors society) - Spring 1990 through Spring 2009. Served on most of campus committees at one time, 1989-1990 North Central Accreditation (NCA) - Chaired Mission & Purposes Committee, Steering Committee Member, Faculty Handbook, Senate Chair and Faculty Representative for that visit, 1999-2000 (NCA) - Co-Chair for Self Study, Coordinated committees for data collection, Assessment Team Chair, Steering Committee member, 2006 - present - Appointed to AQIP team, 1991 - appointed by SBHE (State Board of Higher Ed) to be on search committee for UND Presidential Search, 2000-01 WSC Presidential Search, 2008-09 WSC Presidential Search.
