Biography
Dr. Mlot graduated medical school from Wayne State University in Detroit, MI. He completed his internship and residency at Sinai Hospital of Detroit in MI. Dr. Mlot's fellowship was in gastroenterology at Henry Ford Hospital in Detroit, MI. He is board certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine Gastroenterology. Dr. Mlot has particular expertise in all endoscopic procedures, including colonoscopy, upper endoscopy (EGD), and endoscopic retrograde cholangiopancreatography (ERCP). Dr. Mlot was born and raised in Michigan. Linda, his wife of 35 years, was born and raised in Philadelphia. They have three grown children. His two girls are involved in dance as teachers and performers. His son is a medical resident in NYC. In his free time, Dr. Mlot enjoys spending time with family. His interests include reading and watching college sports, especially the University of Michigan (Go Blue!).
