Biography

Jennifer Lantz is a partner in the Palo Alto office of Haynes and Boone. She has more than twenty years of experience helping clients at all stages protect their brands and other IP. Jennifer focuses on helping companies develop their brands through enforcement policies, clearing their marks for use, registering marks in the U.S. and abroad, commercializing marks through licenses and merchandising agreements, assessing infringement risks, enforcing their trademark rights against others and defending them against allegations of infringement.
