Biography
Craig McBride grew-up in Southern California and received his B.A. in Mathematics from CU, Boulder – Go Buffs! After college, he worked in Hollywood in radio and television before returning to CU for a PhD. It was there that he met and fell in love with my future wife, Susan. He left CU with only a Masters Degree in math to follow Susan to Boston to finish her degree. We married in Newport, RI in 2003. After, we lived in Portland, Melbourne, Green Bay and Bella Vista. He earned a PhD with honors in Math Education and a minor in Education Statistics and Research Methods from the University of Arkansas, Fayetteville – Woo Pig Sooie! He taught math at Ramstein AFB in Germany while his wife worked in the military hospital. After that was the University of Washington before landing at Wingate. We hope this is the final stop on our worldwide tour! Although he have been teaching for more than a decade, he still enjoy the thrill of a new group of students each term. In his spare time, he travel extensively, golf, work on cars, do woodworking, watch way too much TV, and collect all things Batman.
