Biography
Dr. Ritzer is an associate professor in the Department of Psychology at Winthrop. He received his doctorate in industrial/organizational psychology from Virginia Tech. Prior to joining the faculty at Winthrop in 2003, Ritzer was an active duty officer in the U.S. Army. Ritzer regularly teaches "Introductory Psychology," "History and Systems," "Statistics," and "Industrial/Organizational Psychology." His research interests focus on stress and performance, and he is heavily involved in supporting undergraduate research.
