Biography
Betsy Stone Witt is an Instructor with the Department of Mathematics & Statistics in the College of Science and Mathematics. Ms. Witt earned her Bachelor’s and Master’s Degrees from Wright State University and then spent 33 years in a career doing mathematical modeling and aerospace systems engineering as a US Air Force civilian at Wright-Patterson AFB. In 2012 she retired and began to adjunct for Wright State. She was hired as an instructor in Fall 2015. Ms. Witt is married to Dale, and they have three grown children. In her spare time she enjoys reading, gardening, and riding horses.
Research Interest
Her interests are geometry/trigonometry, statistics, calculus and business calculus.
