Biography
​Charles Allbery is an attorney in private practice with the firm Allbery Cross Fogarty in Dayton, Ohio. Allbery Cross Fogarty was established in 1955 and has engaged in the practice of law for clients desiring representation in a wide range of matters, but having a concentration in real estate, small business, estate planning and civil litigation. The firm has long enjoyed the highest rating for legal ability and ethical considerations according to Martindale Hubbell, considered the most reliable legal directory in the profession. Charles Allbery has practiced law with the Firm for more than thirty years, primarily representing clients in real estate matters. He is certified by the Ohio State Bar Association as a Specialist in Business, Commercial and Industrial Real Estate, and is the only attorney on the Dayton region to have received this certification. His practice also involves estate planning and probate administration. Martindale Hubbell has awarded him an “AV” rating, the highest possible professional rating. In addition to his practice, he teaches Real Estate Law as an adjunct faculty member at Wright State University.
