Research Interest
Teaching specialization is family and community/public health nursing. Teaching scholarship interests include service learning and photovoice methodology as active learning strategies in community/public health nursing education. Research interests include the role of family in managing chronic illnesses (including HIV/AIDS), family interventions, global health and concept development.
