Biography
Jay is a Vice President at WSB and manages the company's Civil and Municipal Engineering Group Manager. He has more than 25 years of experience in the municipal and civil engineering field, and oversees the management, planning, coordination, design, and construction of a wide variety of municipal projects. Jay has extensive experience working on complex projects that involve street reconstruction, storm sewers, water distribution systems, sanitary sewer systems, water and wastewater treatment, site grading, park improvements, development review, and municipal state aid systems. Jay has recently relocated to WSB’s new Austin, TX office and is leading WSB’s expansion efforts in this region.
