Biography
Mr. Albert Aubry was appointed in January 2016 to the position of Vice-President, Internal Audit and reports to the President of the Audit Committee and to the Chief Financial Officer in administrative terms. He is responsible for implementing and overseeing best practices and procedures suitable for the Corporation’s international working environment, as well as meeting the requirements of leaders and top management in internal audit. Prior to joining the Corporation, Mr. Aubry held managerial positions in internal audit, forensic accounting and operations management for diverse companies in Canada and the United States, such as the Autorité des marchés financiers in Quebec, Quebecor World, Corning Cables, Optimum TCI, Cellstar Ltd., Cott Beverages, Canadelle and Septa Rail. Mr. Aubry is a CPA and also holds the titles of CIA, CISA, CRMA and ASC.
