Biography
David Tsui is the Managing Director for Asia. He has over 30 years of experience in the consulting and real estate development industry in the USA, Asia and China. He joined Parsons Brinckerhoff in December 2003 as Managing Director, East China Region and has subsequently held the positions of Executive Director, China Region and Senior VP Asia and Managing Director, Greater China Region. Prior to joining Parsons Brinckerhoff, David held senior management positions in international real estate developers including Director, Property Development at the Melco Group, listed in Hong Kong and Vice President, Pacific Century Regional Developments, listed in Singapore. He received his Bachelor of Architecture degree from the University of Southern California and is a Registered Architect in the USA.
