Julie Stachowiak

Biography

 One of the founders of Xenex, Julie is an infectious disease epidemiologist with an extensive history of successfully addressing public health issues at a grassroots level. She currently oversees research design and analysis, and grant applications, frequently in conjunction with Xenex customers. Originally from Houston, TX, Julie earned her Ph.D from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health. She holds Masters degrees in Public Health and International Affairs from Columbia University, and graduated from the Rochester Institute of Technology. In addition to her leadership role at Xenex, Julie is actively involved in research and program implementation in Russia and the former Soviet Union, including NIH, USAID and Global Fund research.
