Biography
David Blivin is a founder and managing partner of Cottonwood Technology Funds (CTF). CTF is a seed and pre-seed stage venture capital fund focused on the Southwest Region stretching from Phoenix to Denver to Austin. CTF is focused on supporting science based innovation with disruptive potential. Prior to founding Cottonwood, Dave founded and served as Managing Director of Southeast Interactive. Southeast Interactive was the first and largest information technology focused fund based in the Southeast. He received his MBA from the Duke University Fuqua School of Business.
