INSPIRATIONS Yogananda, Indra Devi, My husband and daughter WHY I PRACTICE I practice yoga because it is the greatest natural high. Yoga is the vessel for radiant mental, physical and spiritual health and it is always the portable paradise available anytime and anyplace. WHY I TEACH I teach yoga because I love it and it is my passion. Passing on the wonderful benefits to others is a great blessing for me and always a joyful experience.
