Iyengar, Geeta Iyengar and their students, my teachers: Manouso Manos, Judith Lasater, Kofi Busia, Ramanand Patel, Mary Dunn, Patricia Sullivan, Janet MacCloud and many others, The Sutras of Patanjali, the teachings of the Buddha and the poetry of the Sufi's, My parents, my siblings, my two children, every student who is brave enough to walk in the room and come back WHY I PRACTICE It is a physical practice I can do for the rest of my life. It keeps me healthy and vital. I never lose sight of my shortcomings! WHY I TEACH I want to share this incredible map of philosophy and physical practice. Every student enriches my life and practice.
