INSPIRATIONS I am constantly inspired by all sorts of things -- little moments of life, something another person said, a great speech, books, experiences, and many other forms. I don't look to one place for inspiration; I find it everywhere. WHY I PRACTICE I practice because I love yoga and all the wonderful benefits. WHY I TEACH I teach because I have a passion for yoga and I love helping others.
