INSPIRATIONS My teachers, students, teacher training tribe, family, and friends WHY I PRACTICE While the practice challenges me physically, it also enhances my confidence, patience, spontaneity, energy, and ability to let go. I cannot imagine my life without yoga. It has made me a stronger, better, and more grounded person. WHY I TEACH I teach yoga because I believe in the practice and the many benefits it has to offer. I challenge myself to create an inviting class environment so that students have the ability to feel part of a community, as well as experience the advantages of the practice.
