Biography

INSPIRATIONS I am inspired by seeing children play, by amazing music and funky beats, and I am always inspired by laughter and the love of my dog. WHY I PRACTICE I practice so that I can live in New York City and in this world we live in and stay sane and so I can dance like no one is watching until I am 100 years old. WHY I TEACH I teach to free people from the confines of their bodies and their minds, to make people feel happy and free, and to make yoga not such serious business. Laughter in all things!
