INSPIRATIONS I am inspired by the beauty of nature and animals and the kindness of the amazing teachers and students I encounter daily. WHY I PRACTICE I practice in order to slow down and explore my spirituality. Yoga brings me back to my true self. WHY I TEACH I teach yoga, pilates, and many other fitness modalities. It is my way of supporting others as they discover their true selves. I educate students on philosophy, anatomy and alignment, and healthy habits, all in order to support them as they discover the best versions of themselves.
