INSPIRATIONS Nature, Ocean, Surfing, Reading, My teachers and students, family and friends, Meditation WHY I PRACTICE My practice helps me to be more present in everyday life, and have more clarity, focus, and balance. WHY I TEACH I enjoy holding the space for others to experience the gift of Yoga. It is my honor and joy to share this transformational practice with as many people as I can.
