 Ms. Diane E. Klein has been Vice President of Finance for Zila, Inc., since August 1, 2007. Ms. Klein has been Principal Financial Officer of Zila, Inc. since August 2007. She served as Vice President of Zila Inc., from June 2004 to August 1, 2007 and also served as its Director of Finance since August 2003. She served as Treasurer of Zila, Inc., since June 2004. Ms. Klein served as President of Finance for Bay Area Foods, Inc., a Privately Held Supermarket Chain, from May 1998 to May 2003. Prior to Bay Area Foods, Ms. Klein served progressively responsible financial/ accounting positions at Southwest Supermarkets, LLC, MegaFoods Stores, Inc., and The Circle K Corporation. She served as a Senior Manager in The Audit Practice Of Arthur Andersen & Co., in Phoenix, AZ. .
