Biography

Mr. Daniel P. Florin, Sr., also known as Dan, has been Principal Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of LDR Holding Corporation since July 13, 2016. Mr. Florin serves as Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of Zimmer Inc. Mr. Florin has been an Interim Chief Executive Officer, Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since July 11, 2017 and June 24, 2015 respectively. Mr. Florin has been the President of Biomet, Inc since June 24, 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President at Biomet, Inc. from June 2007 to June 2015. He served as the Chief Financial Officer and Senior Vice President of LVB Acquisition, Inc. since June 2007. He served as the Principal Accounting Officer of Biomet, Inc. since February 14, 2014. He served as an Interim Principal Accounting Officer at LVB Acquisition, Inc. since October 1, 2012 and as its Principal Accounting Officer since February 14, 2014. He served as a Vice President and Corporate Controller for Boston Scientific Corporation from 2001 to 2007. Prior to being appointed as Corporate Controller in 2001, he served in financial leadership positions within Boston Scientific Corporation and its various business units since July 1995. Prior to joining Boston Scientific Corporation, he worked for C.R. Bard from October 1990 to June 1995 and was employed by Deloitte from September 1986 to October 1990. He has been a Director of Zimmer Biomet Holdings, Inc. since July 11, 2017. He serves as Director of MedTech Société Anonyme. He has been Director of LDR Holding Corporation since July 13, 2016. He has been Director of Biomet, Inc since June 24, 2015. He serves as Director of Thoramet, Inc. and Biomet Travel, Inc.
