Biography
Mr. Robert A. Hagemann, also known as Bob, serves as Vice President of Osborn Group, Inc. Mr. Hagemann served as the Chief Financial Officer of Quest Diagnostics, Inc. from August 1998 to May 31, 2013 and its Senior Vice President from November 2003 to May 31, 2013. He served as Vice President and Corporate Controller of Quest Diagnostics Inc. since 1996. Mr. Hagemann joined Quest's predecessor, Corning Life Sciences, Inc., in 1992 and held roles of increasing responsibility until he was named Chief Financial Officer of Quest in 1998. Prior to joining Corning, Mr. Hagemann held senior financial positions at Prime Hospitality, Inc. and Crompton & Knowles, Inc. He also held various positions in corporate accounting and audit at Merrill Lynch and Company and Ernst & Young. Previously, he was associated with Ernst & Young. Mr. Hagemann has been an Independent Director of Zimmer Biomet Holdings Inc. since March 13, 2008. He has been Director of Graphic Packaging Holding Company since May 21, 2014 and has been an Independent Director of Ryder System, Inc. since August 01, 2014. He serves as a Director at Osborn Group, Inc. Mr. Hagemann had been a Director of Celera Corporation since May 17, 2011. He holds a BS in Accounting from Rider University and an MBA in Finance from Seton Hall University.
