Biography

He is a project-oriented, detailed professional with comprehensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry with small molecules, peptides and recently API formulation science. He remain productive in a changing environment by continually re-inventing myself. He have leadership experience on multidisciplinary teams to develop screening hits into viable lead series. He have proven experience with leveraging technologies (laboratory equipment, IT platforms and robotics) to speed results, streamline processes and lower costs. He is effective at leveraging off-shore contract research resources and managing those remote scientists. He have experience designing and creating formulations of research compounds for animal studies and formulation research on API for product life cycle support. He maintain focus and high productivity in a continually changing environment by being honest and maintaining focus on deliverables. He have enjoyed responsibilities as a supervisor and mentor within the department.
