he is a Certified Customer Experience Professional (CCXP) whose career is distinguished by its wide-ranging diversity, demonstrating a unique ability to comprehend and excel in a broad array of complex professional constructs in international environments. Through these experiences and the insights acquired, he have become a highly creative, effective and collaborative problem solver. The basic premise on which he operate is that there exist solutions to most any problem; some just require greater effort to uncover than others. He is a hands-on CX practitioner with experience that crosses a variety of industries and organizational sizes. Although these endeavors are disparate in nature, the common thread running through them is bringing a strong CX focus to each unique setting.
