Mr. Alexander M. Kasper

Biography

 Mr. Alexander M. Kasper, also known as Alex, CPA serves as Executive Vice President of Finance at Zurex PharmAgra, Inc. He serves as the Chief Financial Officer of Zurex Pharma, Inc. Mr. Kasper served as Chief Financial Officer of Virent Energy Systems, Inc. since October 22, 2007. Mr. Kasper served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of NameProtect Inc. (formerly Identity Research Corporation) since 2003 and 2005 respectively. Mr. Kasper joined NameProtect in 2003. Prior to NameProtect, he served as the Vice President of Finance at Third Wave Technologies, a biotech company, where he was the lead financial person during its Initial Public Offering in February 2001. He also spent over five years at Lunar Corporation, a medical device manufacturer where he was International Controller; helping oversee its operations in Belgium, Germany and France. He also worked at Promega Corporation, a biotech company, and Grant Thornton International. He is a Certified Public Accountant. Mr. Kasper holds a BBA, with majors in Accounting and Finance, from the University of Wisconsin – Madison.
