Biography

 Mr. Carmine J. Durham serves as the Chief Executive Officer and President of Zurex Pharma, Inc. Mr. Durham served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Commercial Strategy of Ash Access Technology, Inc. Mr. Durham served as the Vice President of Sales, Marketing and Business Development at Ash Access Technology Inc. since August 2005. Mr. Durham served as Vice President of Corporate Development and Strategy of Bone Care International Inc., since July 2004 and as its Vice President, Marketing since November 18, 2002. Mr. Durham served as Senior Director, Marketing of Bone Care International Inc. since September 2002. Mr. Durham served as Business Unit Director, Marketing at Abbott Laboratories from March 2001 to September 2002. In addition, Mr. Durham held several positions at BASF Pharma from November 1997 to March 2001 including Senior Manager and Director of Marketing and several positions at Boehringer Mannheim Corporation Therapeutics from 1992 to 1997 including Manager of Sales Operations and Marketing Manager of Corporate Accounts. He serves as Director of Zurex Pharma, Inc. Mr. Durham is a 1988 graduate of the University of New Mexico with BS degree in Science and has been active in a variety of biotech and medical professional organizations.
