David Peters

Biography

David, a CPA, joined Zyvex Labs in 2007 as Vice President-Finance, with responsibilities including financial and management reporting, risk management, contract administration, financial analysis, budgeting and cash management. Prior to joining Zyvex, he worked with both private and public companies and start-ups in several industries including financial services, telecommunications equipment providers, aviation manufacturing and consumer services. He was responsible for financial and management reporting, capital formation (public and private debt offerings and IPO), SEC/Sarbanes-Oxley reporting, treasury, inventory control and cost analysis. He also lead merger and acquisition integration efforts of 200+ domestic and international companies totaling over $2 billion.
