Scott Cameron

Biography

 Mr. Cameron has over 22 years of experience in commercial real estate. He has experience in all phases of design, engineering and construction principles/practices. He is responsible for the day to day operations, staffing and all QA/QC of all deliverables for Construction Risk Management group. He interacts as sole point person for Client technical questions, Report/Immediate Repair Cost/Replacement Reserve revisions and additional services related to pre and post Construction loan closing risks. He has demonstrated success integrating project management skills with risk recognition and liability management. He has technically assessed real estate assets valued in excess of $50 billion throughout the US. He possesses strong technical and Architectural qualifications. He has personally performed site project status reports, façade inspections, roof inspections, budget analysis, plan reviews, contract reviews, zoning reviews, code reviews, permit reviews and processed requisition for payments. Throughout his career, he has personally performed 4,000+ Property Condition Assessments throughout North America used by Community Banks, Regional Banks, Commercial Banks, CMBS Conduits, and REIT Lenders; as well as for Underwriting/Securitization and/or Conduit and Mezzanine Loan Programs. Scott holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Architecture from the School of Architecture, New YoBusiness Managementrk Institute of Technology and is a Licensed Architect in New York State. He is also a Member of the American Institute of Architects (AIA).
