- National Head of Information Technologies.
United States Virgin Islands
Callie carries the immense responsibility of managing and innovating the IT on which the entire national operation depends to communicate, order, report and populate vital information on a multitude of levels and regions. Having been faced with the inordinate task of incorporating 8 different technology platforms that existed prior to the Shogun sale and have them interface in a manner that allowed a single view across all platforms and all regions, is only just becoming a reality. This challenge was not only vital to accommodating a national, centralised facility for national procurement, but the need to be able to prevent OOSs and regrets was not only a challenge in terms of differing technologies in the various DCs, but the naming conventions in each DCs system. Allowing for swift and efficient response from the national buyers has been an area of compromise that is only just being resolved. Bearing in mind that Callie is also responsible for ensuring that the technologies that exist between each of Alpha Pharm's 12,000 account holders as well as the entire network supporting the more than 1500 staff members, won't falter as strategic, incremental modifications are initiated.
