Biography
George F. Bohorfoush serves as President, Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. Mr. Bohorfoush has over 30 years of finance experience. He started his accounting career in 1975 with Kirkland and Company (formerly known as Kirkland, Smith, Taylor and Payne) in Birmingham, AL. Mr. Bohorfoush served as a CPA with Cebert Pharmaceuticals, Inc. for seven years. He gained a strong background in tax and audit work while advancing to the position of partner. He served into industry as Controller for Cougar Oil, Inc. in Selma, AL, a closely-held oil company, jobbership, retail/wholesale tire store and convenience store operator. At Cougar Oil, Mr. Bohorfoush prepared all financial statements, ran day to day accounting and payroll operations, negotiated settlements with the various governmental agencies and participated in acquisitions and mergers
