Biography
As the Marketing Operations Manager for ETS, I have the privilege of working with each AE to develop, manage, and execute their desk level branding, marketing, and recruiting plans. I also assist in the candidate and client acquisition process, monitor our database integrity, maintain data security and confidentiality, as well as provide technical support and innovation as necessary. With that being said, I love my job! I graduated from Virginia Western Community College with an Associate’s in General Studies before transferring to Roanoke College, where I earned a Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2012. Shortly after graduation, I joined the ETS team as a Recruiter Support Associate and was promoted to the Database Marketing Coordinator role in May of 2013. In June of 2014, I was promoted into my current role as Marketing Operations Manager for ETS Dental, Vision, and Tech-Ops. As an IT and video game lover, avid airsofter, and amateur voice actor/announcer, I enjoy being active in my local church and spending time with family and friends when not working alongside the great people here at ETS.
