Biography
Mr. Waddill has served as a member of our board of directors since July 2016. From April 2014 to December 2016, Mr. Waddill served as Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer, Treasurer and Secretary of Calithera Biosciences, Inc. From October 2007 to March 2014, Mr. Waddill served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer at OncoMed Pharmaceuticals, Inc., a biopharmaceutical company. From October 2006 to September 2007, Mr. Waddill served as the Senior Vice President, Chief Financial Officer of Ilypsa, Inc., a biotechnology company that was acquired in 2007 by Amgen, Inc.
