Biography
Brad has held several leadership roles in sales and marketing throughout his career. Brad currently leads and develops sales training to strategically advance organizational capability at Ferguson Enterprises, Inc.
Research Interest
The execution of marketing programs, influence, and persuasion. Brad currently teaches courses on these subjects at Old Dominion University’s Strome College of Business and serves on the McIntire Marketing Advisory Council at the University of Virginia. Brad earned a B.A. and an M.E.d. from the University of Virginia, an M.B.A. from the University of Florida and has completed Executive Education at Harvard University. He is a native of Yorktown, Va. and is active in the community.
