Biography
Alicia Gearwar is the Supervisory Hydrologist for the Troy NY office and the Local Data Manager for the NY Water Science Center. She worked as a field technician for about six years before taking over the duties of database administrator full-time. She more recently is taking over supervisory duties for the Troy data section. She is the Local Expert for the upcoming AQUARIUS database.
