Biography
Brandon has worked with the USGS Arizona Water Science Center since 2008, first as a contract student, then as a full time Hydrologist. He graduated from the University of Arizona with a BS from the Watershed Hydrology Program in 2010. His main focus has been estimating irrigation withdrawals for areas outside of Active Management Areas around the State of Arizona. This is done by using GIS, remote sensing, aerial photography and field verification. He is also interested in monitoring runoff in watersheds that have been impacted by wildfire.
