Biography
Mr. Alan Schaffner, Esq., is an Independent Director of Biofuels Power Corp since October 2007. Mr. Schaffner has been self-employed as an independent trader at the Chicago Board of Trade for 20 years. He has extensive expertise in the agricultural futures and options markets and specializes in relational derivative strategies and risk mitigation. Mr. Schaffner is a 1982 graduate of the University of Wisconsin where he earned a degree in accounting, and a 1986 graduate of the Chicago Kent College of Law where he earned a juris doctor degree. Mr. Schaffner is a certified public accountant and a licensed attorney in Illinois.
