Biography
Dr. Tuan Nguyen, Managing Director IDSMed Vietnam, is a qualified Medical Doctor, graduated from Odessa Medical University Piragova in Ukraine, 1984 – 1991, and specialized in Infectious Diseases. He is also graduated from the Trade University, specialized in Business Management. In addition to his mother tongue Vietnamese, Tuan also speaks excellent English, French and Russsian. Dr. Tuan has experiences in both Sales and Marketing from over 25 years and deep knowledge of Vietnam market. He was working with various international companies such as Roche, Pfizer, Roussel, Servier, Aventis, Sanofi. His last position before joining IDSMed Vietnam was with Covidien / Medtronic as Chief Rep. During his stint, he grew the business by over 10 times, achieving a CAGR of some 20% Main specialty: Neurology, Infectious Diseases, Psychiatry, Cardiology, ICU, Respiratory, Anesthesia, General Surgery and some others. He is experienced in both Pharma and Medical Devices (Consumables and Equipments).
