Biography
Pham Quang Tuyen has been General Director at Lam Thao Fertilizers and Chemicals Joint Stock Company since July 17, 2015, after being its Deputy General Director since June 2010. Before that, he had been its Head of Basic Construction Office since July 2004. He has also been its Member of the Board of Management since April 27, 2012. He joined the Company in November 1984. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Construction Engineering.
