Biography
Mr. Hoang Van Toan serves as Member of the Board of Management of SDP Joint Stock Co, formerly Petro Song Da Trading and Investment Joint Stock Company. He was General Director at the Company from December 2006 to January 1, 2017. Mr. Hoang was with Song Da Corporation at one of its subsidiaries from 1995 to November 2006 as Deputy General Director and then Director at Hoa Binh branch of the subsidiary.
